摘要
介绍了用于粉状电石冷却主要采用的2种粉体冷却技术:流化床冷却和粉体流冷却。从安全性、能耗、安装成本、维修成本、废气和粉尘的排放,以及紧凑模块式建造等方面,分析比较了这2种冷却技术的优缺点,指出粉体流冷却系统的优势非常明显。且工程实践证明,粉状电石采用粉体流冷却技术效果良好。
Two main types of powder cooling technologies for powder calcium carbide cooling are outlined: Fluidized bed cooling and powder flow cooling. The advantages and disadvantages of two types of cooling technologies are analyzed and compared in terms of safety,energy consumption,installation cost,maintenance cost,emission of waste gas and dust,and compact modular construction. And it is indicated that the powder flow cooling system offers significant advantages. Actual engineering practice also proves that the powder flow cooling technology offers good performance for powder calcium carbide.
