摘要
目的:观察补肾解毒法联合亚砷酸治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS-RAEB)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将58例患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例采用补肾解毒法联合亚砷酸治疗,对照组28例单纯采用亚砷酸治疗,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾解毒法联合亚砷酸治疗MDS-RAEB的临床疗效明显,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective：To observe the clinical observation and untoward effect of ＂Bushen Jiedu Recipe＂ and arsenious acid in treating myelodysplastic syndrome （MDS）. Methods：Fifty -eight patients with MDS were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in experimental group was treated with ＂Bushen Jiedu Recipe＂ and arsenious acid,while the control group with 28 cases was treated with only arsenious acid. The clinical observation and untoward effect were observed. Results：The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group was better than the control group, there was a statistical difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The untoward effect of the treatment group was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Bushen Jiedu Recipe＂ and arsenious acid have good effects in treating MDS,while it can reduce the untoward effect.
