高纯度红薯淀粉集成除杂生产装置及工艺改进研究 被引量:4

摘要 考察了红薯淀粉除杂工艺中除砂装置、高速碟片分离装置和旋流分离装置等除杂设备对红薯淀粉产品中灰分、蛋白质和细度的影响。结果表明,经三级十二组除砂装置除砂后,淀粉中灰分降低至0.25%以下,经两级六组高速碟片分离机分离后,淀粉产品中蛋白质的质量分数不高于0.15%,经十二组旋流分离器进一步分离后,淀粉质量分数可达到99.5%以上。集成组合后,三级十二组除砂-两级六组高速碟片分离机-十二组旋流分离器集成除杂效果最好,对改进的除杂装置工艺参数优化后,设备产能提高,产品品质明显改善。 The effect of desander,high speed disc separator and hydrocyclone separator on the ash content, protein content and fineness of sweet potato starch was investigated. The results showed that: ash content of the starch product was lower than 0.25% after treated by the three sets twelve desanders,the protein content was lower than 0. 15% after processed by two sets six high speed disc separators,and the fineness was improved to above 99.5% after treatment of twelve hydrocyclone separa- tors;the best impurity devices were three sets twelve desanders,two sets six high speed disc separators combined with twelve hydroeyclone separators;the equipment capacity was enhanced and the starch quality was improved after optimization of techno logical parameter of the integrated impurity removing devices.
