This paper describes the composite sandwich structure and some types of the common cores in detail,comprehensively analyzes the application of composite sandwich structure on aircraft, analyzes and summarizes the key points and the difficulties during the core forming process of various sandwich structures, so as to obtain the performance overview of the composite sandwich structure as well as the operating technological requirements, which may be the reference for designing or manufacturing the composite sandwich structure.
