摘要
目的研究B2C(Business to Consumer)电子购物网站的外观、功能、交互设计方式,寻找实现人性化设计的途径。方法结合一些典型的电子商务网站,分析得出在后台系统设计的基础上,其界面设计始终以用户为主导,通过简化界面赋予界面艺术美感,呈现出平面化、图片化的设计风格;通过优化类似实体店的购物流程,提供方便的个性化功能;通过简化、情感化用户与网站的交互,赋予界面元素人性的特征,引起用户的情感共鸣。结论在功能、服务同质化的基础上,设计师需要赋予购物网站界面美感,提供优于线下的购物功能,给予用户舒适方便的交互,才能获得沉浸式的用户体验,从而使网站打动用户,吸引用户。
Objective To analyze the appearance, function, interaction of current B2C electronic shopping website, and the roads to achieve the humanization design. Methods Combined with some typical e-commerce websites, it came out that based on the background of system design, the interface design always centered on the users, endued the interface beauty through simplifying and showed the design style of planarizing and picturizing; provided convenient and personalized function through optimizing the shopping process that similar to entity shop; gave human features of interface elements and caused emotional resonance through simplifying and emotionalizing interactive between users and websites. Conclusion On the homogenization base of function and services, designers need to give the shopping website interface beauty, provide function for user interaction that superior to offline shopping, offer comfortable and convenient interaction, so that to obtain immersive user experience, and impress users, attract users.
