摘要
脉冲中子测井是核测井方法的一个重要分支,它主要测量伽玛信号能谱和时间谱,论文结合脉冲中子能谱测井,对伽玛信号峰值检测做了研究,利用快速ADC将伽玛信号整体采集到FPGA中,通过SPI总线及串行总线将ADC转换后的数据读出,并用MATLAB对数据进行了平滑滤波、微分及过零检测等处理,处理结果表明该方法能准确地找出伽玛信号的峰值,为伽玛能谱数据的测量提供了一种新方法。
Pulsed neutron logging is an important branch of nuclear logging methods ,it is mainly to measure the gamma spectrum and time spectrum .Gamma signal peak detection is studied according to pulsed neutron log-ging in the paper .Analog signal is acquired to FPGA by using fast ADC , and then the data is read to PC by SPI and UART.At last, the data is processed by filtering , differential and zero -crossing detection in MATLAB . The results show that Gamma Peak can be accurately detected by means of this method , which provided a novel method for the determination of spectrum .
