电厂蒸汽管道支吊架衬板焊缝裂纹分析及处理

摘要 某电厂在机组检修期间进行了金属检验,发现主蒸汽管、高温再热蒸汽管支吊架衬板焊缝出现裂纹,通过分析原因、总结补焊经验,成功消除了缺陷,提出了保障其长期安全运行的措施,供处理同类问题时参考。 In a power plant,during the unit maintenance period,by means of metal inspection,it was found that there were cracks in the support's lining plates of the main steam pipe and the high-temperature reheat steam pipe. The reasons were analyzed,and the experiences of repair welding were summarized. The defects were eliminated successfully. The measures for ensuring the lining plates to operate safely for long time were proposed,which can be used as reference for treating similar problems.
