摘要
目的:通过与数字X线摄影(DR)平片检查比较,探讨X射线断层容积成像技术在胸部体检中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取500名体检者,征得其同意后先行DR胸部平片检查,再行胸部断层容积成像检查,对其中435例受检者的有效图像进行回顾性分析,比较两种检查方法的阳性检出率和图像优秀率。结果:435受检者中,断层容积成像检出70例病灶;DR检出26例病灶,差异有统计学意义(x2=22.668,P<0.05);断层容积成像检出率(16%)明显高于DR(6%),差异有统计学意义(x2=5.107,P<0.05)。结论:断层容积成像技术对胸部病灶的检出率明显优于DR平片,特别是对重叠遮挡解剖结构及复杂部位的细节能清晰显示,对体检人群的胸部病变筛查和诊断有重要价值。
Objective：By X-ray photography and digital （DR） comparison,discuss Volume RAD technology applications in the physical examination of the thoracic.Methods：Randomly selected 500 cases of physical examination,consent was agreed that the examiner,first check the DR thoracic radiography,then Volume RAD,for which 435 cases were analyzed retrospectively effective image,check the results of two different methods for the detection rate and image of excellent rates.Results：The 435 cases of patients subjects,Volume RAD detected 70 cases of positive,DR detected 26 cases of positive（x2=22.668,P＜ 0.05）,fault detection rate is 16％ Volume RAD was significantly higher than DR （x2=5.107,P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：The Volume RAD of the chest lesion detection was significantly better than ordinary DR,especially for the overlapping parts of the complex anatomical structures and details can clearly show,screening and diagnosis of breast lesions in medical populations has important value.
