摘要
文章从高等职业技术学院的职业生涯规划教育现状分析,剖析生涯教育注重共性教育而忽略个性辅导的成因,并据此提出夯实实施个性化生涯教育基础的建议。
The article from the status quo career planning education in vocational and technical colleges, analyzes the causes of career education focusing on common education while ignoring individual counseling, and accordingly prgposed consolidating the implementation of individualized career education based recommendations.
