摘要
目的:探讨在中药保留灌肠的同时进行心理干预对宫颈癌放射性肠炎患者的临床效果。方法:在2013年1-10月期间,从放射性肠炎患者中选择病例;共入选84例,均为宫颈癌放疗患者。入选病例分为2组,治疗组(42例)在进行中药保留灌肠治疗的同时实施心理干预;对照组仅进行中药保留灌肠治疗。对比两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、T细胞水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组SAS、SDS评分(37.80±13.35、37.40±11.95)低于对照组(45.83±8.23、46.37±11.63)(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+值(74.54±16.96、41.04±10.23、3.02±2.19)高于对照组(59.74±15.82、33.13±9.34、1.97±0.84)(P<0.05);治疗组治愈率(66.67%)高于对照组(28.57%)(P<0.05)。结论:对于宫颈癌放射性肠炎的治疗,心理干预能减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善免疫状况;灌肠治疗的同时应用心理干预能提高临床效果。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with chinese traditional medicine retention enema on radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy of cervical cancer. Methods: From Jan 2013 to Oct 2013, 84 cases of radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy of cervical cancer were divided into two groups; Patients were treated by Chinese traditional medicine retention enema in control group (42 cases), and psychological intervention combined with retention enema in observation group (42 cases). The self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, self rating Depression Scale (SDS) score, T cell level and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the scores of SAS, SDS in observation group(37.80 ± 13.35,37.40 ± 11.95) were lower than that in control group(45.83 ±8.23,46.37 ±11.63) (P〈0.05) ; the values of CD3 + , CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in observation group(74.54±16.96,41.04±10.23,3.02±2.19) were higher than that in control group(59.74±15.82, 33.13±9.34,1.97±0.84)(P〈0.05); the cure rate of observation group(66.67%) ,was higher than of control group(28.57%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion: As to radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy of cervical cancer, psychological intervention can alleviate their negative emotion and improved immune function; the effect of psychological inltervention combined with retention enema is better than that of retention enema alone.
