摘要
目的对比转氨酶水平正常的乙肝病毒携带者(AsC)与乙肝患者的血清蛋白表达差异。方法各收集15例AsC(对照组)与乙肝患者(实验组)血清,利用双向电泳技术分离2组的血清蛋白,并对其血清蛋白样品的双向电泳图谱进行比较。结果 2组血清蛋白样品中共找到6个明显的差异点:其中实验组血清中表达量上调有4个点,表达量下调有1个点,新出现1个点。结论 AsC与乙肝患者的血清蛋白的双向电泳图谱有一些差异,这些差异点可能为乙肝患者的诊治提供新的靶点。
Objective To compare the expression of serum proteins between asymptomatic hepatitis B virus carriers（AsC）and hepatitis B patients.Methods Serum samples were obtained from 15AsC（control group）and 15hepatitis B patients（experimental group）.Serum proteins were separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,and electrophoretograms were compared between the two groups.Results Six obvious differences were found between the two groups.Compared with control group,4proteins were up-regulated,1protein down-regulated and 1new protein was detected in experimental group.Conclusion There were differences in the electrophoretogram of serum proteins between AsC and hepatitis B patients.These differential protein spots may provide new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B.
