摘要
某化工厂废水含有酚、苯类污染物,废水具有pH低、CODcr浓度高、可生化性差且含盐量高的特点。工程设计采用微电解作为预处理手段,同时配套催化氧化作为前处理和后续生化处理之间的桥梁。在处理苯硫酚系列产品的生产废水处理工程中得到了较好的应用效果。近年来铁碳微电解在各类化工废水处理中得到了广泛的应用,取得了良好的效果。
The wastewater contains phenol and benzene pollutants in a chemical plant, with the characteristics of low pH, high CODcr, low biodegradability and high salinity. The engineering design adopting micro electrolysis as preprocessing methods formed a complete set of catalytic oxidation as the bridge between pretreatment and the subsequent biochemical treatment. The process perfected well in the treatment of thiophenol production wastewater treatment. In recent years, the iron-carbon micro-electrolysishas been widely used in various types of chemical wastewater treatment ,and has acquires nice purposes.
