摘要
以4-氯苯酚为原料,经过乙酰化、Fries重排、缩合和Vilsmeier反应合成得到标题化合物,总收率为58%。通过熔点、红外光谱、和质谱表征确定了化合物结构。该方法具有原料来源方便,操作简单等优点。
The 4,6-Dichloro-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-Carbaldehyde was prepared from 4-chloro phenol via esterification, Fries rearrangement, condensation and Vilsmeier reactions with an overall yield of 58 %. The structure of this title compound was confirmed with melt pointing, IR, MS. Obviously the reagents used was readily available, and corresponding procedures were very straightforward.
