摘要 为了实现PRPLAST.S沥青混合料温拌效果,对AC-20CPRPLAST.S温拌沥青混合料的集料加热温度、沥青加热温度进行室内试拌试验及性能研究。研究表明:当该混合料集料加热温度为160-170℃和普通沥青加热温度为150-160℃时,既可使PRPLAST.S抗车辙剂软化,又可以达到温拌施工的效果。对PRPLAST.S温拌及热拌沥青混合料性能进行对比,发现PRPLAST.S温拌沥青混合料的性能与热拌沥青混合料性能基本相当。与浸水马歇尔试验相比,以冻融劈裂试验评价标准作为PRPLAST.S温拌沥青混合料水稳定性的主控标准更为合理。 In order to reach the warm mixed effect of PR PLAST. S asphalt mixture, this paper carries out indoor trial mixing test and performance research on aggregate heating temperature and asphalt heating temperature of AC-20C PR PLAST. S warm mixed asphalt mixture. The researches shows that the aggregate heating temperature of the mixture at 160 ~170 ℃ and the heating temperature of common asphalt at 150~160 ℃ can not only soften PR PLAST. S anti-rut agent, but also achieve the effect of warm mixed construction. The paper compares the performance of PR PLAST. S warm mixed and hot mixed asphalt mixtures and finds that the performance of PR PLAST. S warm mixed asphalt mixture and hot mixed asphalt mixture is basically equivalent. In comparison with immersed Marshall test, it is more reasonable to take freeze-thaw splitting test evaluation standard as main control standard for water stability of PR PLAST. S warm mixed asphalt mixture.
