摘要
针对城市轨道交通联调联试效果的评价,通过分析,将其主要影响因素划分为设备系统功能及性能实现率、联调联试管理制度实现率、外部干扰因素影响率、接口调试实现率和其他因素等五大类;考虑各种影响因素以及它们间的相互作用,建立了评价模型;采用平均值法、专家分析法和综合分析法确定模型中各影响因素及其相互作用的评估值;然后采用数理统计和加权的方法确定城轨联调联试效果评价的阈值,以此作为判断城轨联调联试效果(可接受或不可接受)的依据。算例分析表明,城轨联调联试的效果与联调调试的时间长度和经验成正相关。该评价方法还可为高速铁路联调联试效果的评价提供参考。
Through evaluating the effect of the integration test and commissioning for urban rail transit,the main influence factors are divided into five classes,namely,the functional and performance implementation rate of equipment system,the management system implementation rate of integration test and commissioning,the influence rate of external interference factors,the realization rate of interface debugging and other factors.Considering various kinds of influence factors and the interaction among them,the evaluation model is established.The evaluation value of each influence factor and the interaction in the model is determined by means of value method,expert analysis method and comprehensive analysis method.Then by mathematical statistics and weighted method,the threshold for the effect evaluation of the integration test and commissioning for urban rail transit is obtained,which can be regarded as the basis for judging the effect (acceptable or unacceptable) of the integration test and commissioning for urban rail transit.Example analysis shows that the effect of the integration test and commissioning for urban rail transit has a positive correlation with the length of time and experience.This evaluation method can provide reference for the effect evaluation of the integration test and commissioning for high-speed railway.
