摘要
目的:研制一种X线摄影床,将其与胸片架整合为一个整体,使无线数字平板探测器的应用范围从原来的床边X线摄影扩大到常规数字X线摄影领域。方法:采用脚踏卡板方式固定X线摄影床交叉升降结构的高度,采用滑轮与滑轨结合的方式实现摄影床面水平与垂直状态的转换,采用滑框装载、滑框与滑轨结合的方式实现无线数字平板探测器在摄影床面下的移动,采用固定孔槽的方式固定滑框的位置。并经应力试验,分析摄影床的负载稳定性。结果:轻便多功能X线摄影床实现了X线摄影床与胸片架的整合,大幅度提高了床面的升降速度,使无线数字平板探测器能方便地应用于所有常规X线摄影。结论:与原有的X线摄影检查床及升降床对比,实现了摄影床、胸片架、升降床的有机整合,达到了一床多用,大幅提高了无线数字平板探测器的应用范围及利用率。
Objective To develop a X-ray photograph table integrated with a chest film rack, so as the application of wireless digital fiat-panel detector extended to conventional X-ray photograph. Methods The footboard was used to fix the height of the cross lifting structure of the X-ray photograph table, and a pulley combined with a slide rail was applied for the transformation of the table between horizontal state and vertical one. The slip frame integration and the combination of slip frame and slide rail were used to facilitate the wireless digital fiat-panel detector movement under the table. The hole slot was involved in the fixing of the slip frame. Stress test was performed to analyze the load stability of the table. Results The table integrated with the chest film rack had the lifting speed of the table board enhanced greatly, and wireless digital fiat-panel detector applied for conventional X-ray photograph. Conclusion The X-ray photograph table realizes the integration with the chest film rack and lifting table, and promotes the application range and utilization rate of the wireless digital fiat-panel detector.
