摘要
本文研究分析了液压葫芦的行星减速系统,利用SolidWorks建立了其三维实体模型。通过合理添加约束与仿真参数,运用COSMOSMotion及ADAMS软件建立其减速系统的碰撞分析原型并进行了相应的仿真分析。结果表明:本文所选取的仿真参数是较为合理的,符合该液压葫芦的传动特性,为该减速器系统进一步优化设计提供了重要的依据。
This article analyzes the winch' s deceleration system by SolidWorks and its plug- in module, adds the simula- tion parameters and then carries out kinematics simulation analysis combining operating conditions in ADAMS environment. The result verifies the correctness of calculation and shows that the parameters used in the study were reasonable. This lays the foundation for optimizing the deceleration system and the next performance test.
