摘要
【目的】对家庭农场农产品安全意识影响因素进行综合判断,为三峡库区家庭农场农产品安全意识建设提供参考。【方法】对三峡库区家庭农场农产品质量安全意识进行问卷调查,运用有序Logistic模型对家庭农场农产品质量安全意识水平及其影响因素进行分析。【结果】重庆三峡库区家庭农场农产品质量安全意识水平整体偏低;除年龄对家庭农场农产品质量安全意识具有显著性负向作用外,家庭农场主文化程度,耕地规模,是否参与质量安全培训,是否知道农产品安全生产规范,是否知道与农产品质量安全相关的法律法规,是否知道无公害、绿色、有机农产品,是否认识无公害、绿色、有机农产品标志,是否加入农业合作组织,是否与涉农企业有合作,政府监管情况,是否得到政府补贴及农产品质量安全管理的预期收益等对家庭农场农产品质量安全意识水平的提高有积极的正向作用。【建议】加大宣传力度,增强家庭农场主农产品安全意识;大力支持产业化组织的规范化发展;加大财政投入,降低生产成本;推进家庭农场安全生产培训;鼓励家庭农场适度规模化发展,以提高三峡库区家庭农场农产品质量安全意识水平,推进农产品安全生产。
[Objective]The influencing factors of quality safety awareness of family-farm agricultural products were comprehensively studied to provide references for raising quality safety awareness of family-farm agricultural products in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region.[Method]After questionnaire investigation,awareness influencing factors were analyzed using the ordered Logistic model.[Result]The quality safety awareness of fanily-farm agricultural products was generally low.Except age,all the other factors including education background of family farm owners,farmland scale,quality safety training,safety production standard,related laws ＆ regulations,knowledge of pollution-free organic agricultural products and their signs,agricultural cooperative participation,cooperation with agricultural enterprises,government supervision,government subsidy and expected return were positively related to quality safety awareness of family-farm agricultural products.[Suggestion]To encourage further development of family farm,promote safety production of agricultural products and improve quality safety awareness,there should be more publicity,more support for industrialized organizations,more financial input,and more safety production training.
