摘要
【目的】在保护地条件下对41份番茄资源进行田间番茄主要叶部病害抗病性评价,以期筛选出抗性材料,为抗病育种提供抗源材料。【方法】对41份番茄资源采用棋盘式12点取样法进行保护地田间叶部病害调查取样,并根据病害表现症状确定病害种类及等级。【结果】保护地条件下番茄资源田间主要叶部病害有叶霉病、白粉病和晚疫病,其中叶霉病发生最重,41份番茄资源全部发病;其次为白粉病,有34份番茄资源发病;晚疫病发生最轻,仅有15份番茄资源发病。在41份番茄资源中,对叶霉病具有抗性的资源有F1159、F1160、F1164、F1166和F1197等5份,占全部供试资源的12.20%;中感资源有11份,占26.83%;感病资源17份,占41.46%。【结论】F1159、F1160、F1166、F1194和F1197等5份番茄资源对3种番茄主要叶部病害综合抗性较好,可作为番茄育种抗源材料利用。
[Objective]The resistance of 41 tomato resources against foliar diseases in the protected field was evaluated so as to screen out resistant materials for resistance breeding.[Method] 12 chessboard sampling point method was used to survey foliar diseases of 41 tomato resources,and the type and level were determined based on disease symptoms.[Result]The main foliar diseases of 41 tomato resources were powdery mildew,late blight and Fulvia fulva.The sequence was Fulvia filva >powdery mildew>late blight.Fulvia fulva was seen in all 41 tomato resources.Powdery mildew existed in 34 tomato resources.Late blight was only observed in 15 tomato resources.F1159,F1160,F1164,F1166 and F1197 were considered to be resistance materials for Fulvia fulva,making up 12.20%.11 resources were seen as middle susceptible materials,making up 26.83%.17 resources were thought to be susceptible materials,making up 41.46%.[Conclusion]Because F1159,F1160,F1166,F1194 and F1197 showed high resistance to three foliar diseases,they can be used as resistant sources for tomato breeding.
