摘要 在膳食中添加赖氨酸钙可以同时补充钙和赖氨酸,增加骨骼的硬度和韧性。采用化学方法合成了一种新型的补钙制剂赖氨酸螯合钙。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化L-赖氨酸盐酸盐与氯化钙的反应条件。制备赖氨酸钙的最佳工艺条件是反应温度为70℃、用氢氧化钠溶液调整反应体系pH8、氯化钙与赖氨酸盐酸盐的物料配比为1∶1(物质的量之比)、搅拌反应时间为45 min。在最佳工艺条件下,赖氨酸钙的收率为96.5%。对比了氯化钙与赖氨酸钙在不同pH条件下的溶解性,赖氨酸螯合钙能在碱性条件下保持大部分溶解,为钙在肠道内的吸收创造了条件。用红外光谱进行赖氨酸钙的结构分析证明了氨基与钙离子的配位。 calcium lysinate can boost calcium and lysinate intake simultaneously to benefic bone health. A new calcium supplement - calcium lysinate chelate was synthesized by chemical method. The reactive conditions of L - lysine hydrochloride and calcium chloride were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal test. The optimum condi- tions were: reaction temperature 70℃, pH8 and material ratio of n ( lysine hydrochloride) : n (calcium chloride) = 1 : 1, reaction time 45 rain. The reaction yield of calcium lysinate was up to 96. 5%. The solubility of calcium chloride and calcium lysinate under different pH conditions were compared. It is found that compared with calcium chlo- ride, calcium lysinate dissolved in alkaline condition which provides the condition in the absorption in the intestinal. The calcium lysinate structure was determined by infrared spectrum indicating that amino groups are compounded with calcium ion.
