摘要
随着4G商用,移动互联网时代真正到来,对于企业人力资源管理者而言,必须顺应和把握时代趋势,将人力资源管理与移动互联网相结合,设计人力资源管理模式创新策略。本文以电信运营商LLT公司作为研究对象,首先剖析了移动互联网时代LLT公司人力资源的管理瓶颈;接着,借助冰山理论设计了符合移动互联网价值形成模式的LLT公司员工素质模型;最后,以建设符合移动互联网时代员工素质模型结构与标准的员工队伍为目标,依托移动互联网的基本特征提出人力资源管理模式创新策略。以期为移动互联网转型期人力资源管理模式创新提供借鉴。
Commercial use of 4G has seen the advent of a true mobile internet era. The integration of the mobile internet and different industries is driving the development and innovation of the entire society. For human resource officers in different companies, they, in the time of mobile interact, must emphasize the role and value of human resource and adapt themselves to the trend and grasp it. This paper is a case study of telecom operators. Firstly, it analyzes the plight of human resource management of telecom operators in time of mobile intemet. Secondly, with Iceberg Theory, it creates the models of telecom working force quality within the structure of mobile intemet value. Lastly, with the purpose of constructing and developing a standard workforce complying with mobile internet workforce quality model structure, it develops the new strategy based on the human resource management model in line with characteristics of mobile telecommunication. This case study is of representation, which is referencing the innovations of mobile intemet era.
