摘要
以广东省粤财大厦为研究背景,介绍了人工挖孔灌注桩桩底打管后注浆的设计与施工新方法,分析了在实际施工过程中存在的问题,并通过实践证明采用该方法不仅可避免在含水量大的强风化岩层中进行人工扩底施工,且可提高单桩承载力。
Taking Yuecai mansion of Guangdong province as the research target,the paper introduces the design and new construction method of manual hole-digging pile bottom punching and post grouting,and analyzes problems existing in actual construction process. Practice proves that：the method can not only avoid manual expansion bottom construction of moisture weathered volcanic rock,but also can improve single pile bear-ing capacity.
