摘要
水稻黑条矮缩病和南方水稻黑条矮缩病是水稻上两大流行较广、危害极大的病毒病害。二者的病原物同属于呼肠孤病毒科斐济病毒属,在分子结构、感病症状、传毒特性、作物寄主等方面都具有很高的相似性,较难从田间症状和常规分子技术进行区分。本文从病原物分子结构、病害症状、传毒特性及防控技术等方面对这两种病毒病害进行了介绍和比较,为综合防治这两种病毒病害提供参考。
Rice black-streaked dwarf virus （RBSDV） and Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus are （SRBSDV） belonging to Fijivirus genus of Reoviridae family with similar molecular structure, symptoms, epidemic characteristics and host plant caused widespread and harmful viral diseases against rice, they are difficult to distinguish by field symptoms and regular molecular techniques. Molecular structure, symptoms, epidemic characteristics, prevention and control techniques of RBSDV amt SRBSDV were introduced and compared for their integrated controlling.
