摘要
石化工业各工艺装置排出的酸性水都需经过汽提装置排除水流中的污染物质,这些污染物质大多含有腐蚀性.文章介绍了将热熔浸铝换热器管束用于石化工业汽提装置的实例并对酸性水汽提装置中腐蚀介质特征、原因和腐蚀破坏情况进行了分析.经检测“整体热熔浸铝管束”在耐均匀腐蚀和冲击方面,将比普通碳钢管束延长使用寿命4～5a,且具有较好的经济效益.
The sour water from process units of petrochemical plants needs to be treated in the sour water stripper to remove contaminants in the water, and most of these contaminants are corrosive. The application of hot dipping aluminum plating heat exchanger in the commercial sour water strippers in petrochemical industry is described. The characteristics, causes and corrosion damages of corrosive media in sour water stripper are analyzed. The tests also show that the service life of hot dipping aluminum plating heat exchanger tubes is 4 to 5 years longer than that of carbon steel tubes in respect of resistance to uniform corrosion and impingement. It offers good economic benefits.
