摘要
目的:观察针刺后溪、合谷、大陵穴治疗脑卒中后手指挛痛的临床疗效。方法:选取28例临床确诊为脑卒中并伴有肢体不遂,手指拘挛症状的患者,给予针刺后溪、合谷、大陵穴治疗,6d为1个疗程,3个疗程后进行疗效统计。结果:治疗后手指拘挛症状明显缓解改善,总有效率为89.3%。结论:针刺后溪、合谷、大陵穴治疗脑卒中后手指挛痛临床疗效较好,可恢复患者手指功能,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe effects of acupuncturing acupoint of Houxi, Hegu and Daling on finger spasm pain following cerebral stroke. Methods：28 patients with finger spasm pain were given acupuncture therapy, 6 days for 1 course. Results：With 3 courses, the total efficiency was 89.3%, and the clinical symptoms of finger spasm pain were improved significantly. Conclusion：Acupuncture for finger spasm pain following cerebral stroke could recover finger function, improve patients’ life quality, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
