摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效,为治疗冠心病心绞痛提供了依据。方法:回顾性分析2009年6月-2012年9月我院收治的60例冠心病心绞痛患者的诊断和治疗情况,对照组给予西医疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上还给予益气活血通脉汤。结果:治疗组总有效率(93.3%)要明显高于对照组的总有效率(66.7%)。结论:中西结合治疗冠心病以及控制心绞痛的发作的临床疗效要比单纯西医疗法显著。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on angina, to provide reference for angina treatment. Methods： 60 patients were collected from Jun. 2009 to Oct. 2012, their diagnosis and treatment information were analyzed retrospectively. The control group was given western medicine, the treatment was added the Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction more. Results：The total efficacy （93.3%） in the treatment was obviously higher than that （66.7%） in the control. Conclusion：The integrative medicine was effective on angina, and the clinical efficacy was better than western medicine therapy.
