摘要
目的:了解衢州市城乡居民2型糖尿病流行情况,为糖尿病防控提供科学依据。方法:对浙江省慢性病监测信息管理系统中柯城区和常山县2012年新发糖尿病报告卡进行统计分析。结果:柯城区居民2型糖尿病发病率高于常山县;城市居民发病率高于农村居民;柯城区和常山县2型糖尿病发病率均随年龄的增长而升高。结论:经济相对发达地区2型糖尿病发病率较高,城市居民和年龄较大者发病率较高,应将今后工作重点向这几类人群倾斜。
Objective To study the epidemic situation of type 2diabetes mellitus in Quzhou city.Methods The newonset diabetes report cards of Kecheng district and Changshan county in 2012 were analyzed.Results The incidence of type 2diabetes mellitus in Kecheng district was higher than the incidence of Changshan county.The incidence of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents.The incidence rates were increased with age both in Kecheng district and Changshan county.Conclusions The incidence in developed area was higher than that in underdeveloped areas,and there was a higher incidence among urban population and elderly population,which are the focus of the work in the future.
