摘要
以拉萨老城区典型传统民居为研究对象,对其在电采暖工况下的室内热环境和耗热量进行了计算机模拟,并与参照建筑对比。结果表明,传统建筑的耗热量明显大于参照建筑,同时采暖耗热强度高于拉萨远期采暖热指标;在采暖温度为18℃时,传统建筑室内热环境整体上不能达到相关标准所规定的热舒适要求;室内空气温度与围护结构内表面平均辐射温度的温差较大,可能对室内热舒适产生不利影响。在分析传统建筑围护结构失热分布情况后,提出了适宜于拉萨传统建筑节能改造的建议。
The indoor thermal environment and heat consumption in traditional building in Lhasa under electric heating are examined by simulation, compared with the reference building. The results show that the indoor thermal environment cannot reach the standards when heating setpoint is 18 ℃, the difference between air temperature and MRT is above comfort band and the heat consumption is significantly higher than the reference building. And sustainable retrofitting measures are suggested, which meet both energy efficiency and historic preservation.
