摘要
为准确诊断并定位多发性肿瘤病灶区,通过建立小鼠在体双肿瘤模型,搭建了FMT/micro-CT成像系统,并获得了小鼠的肿瘤荧光信息及CT三维数据.最后,利用一种基于有限元迭代收缩重建方法成功重建出小鼠的双肿瘤位置,证明了激发荧光断层成像在多肿瘤重建方面的可行性.
For diagnosing and reconstructing multiple lesions accurately , a double tumors mouse model and FMT/micro-CT imaging system were built , fluorescence images and CT data of mouse were obtained by using FMT/micro-CT imaging system .The iteratively shrinkage method was chosen to reconstruct the double tumors mouse model .The result showed that the double tumors was reconstructed successfully .The result suggested that FMT would be available for multiple tumors in vivo .
