摘要 利用金相、显微硬度等测试手段对不等厚B340LA/B1500HS异种高强钢薄板TIG焊接头的成形、显微组织及硬度进行试验分析。试验结果表明,采用TIG焊能够获得外观成形良好、没有明显缺陷的异种高强钢焊接接头。随着焊接速度的增加,焊缝厚度和焊缝宽度逐渐变小;焊缝区主要存在珠光体和铁素体,当焊接速度较高时焊缝中存在一定的板条状马氏体组织。马氏体组织的存在促使高焊接速度条件下焊缝区硬度的显著提高,约为HV1200,而低焊接速度条件下焊缝区硬度约为HV550。 In this paper, the formation,microstructure and hardness of TIG welded-joints of B340LA/B1500HS dissimilar highstrength steel was tested and analyzed by metallographic and microhardness test. The test results indicated that a TIG welded-joint with good shaping weld and no obvious defect could be obtained, with the increase of welding rate,the thickness and width of weld became small gradually. And in the weld zone,there were pearlite and ferrite. When the welding rate is higher,there were some lath martensites in the weld zone. The martensite structure existed in the weld will enhance the hardness of this region on the condition of higher welding rate. At this time, the hardness was about HV1200. However, when the welding rate is lower,the hardness in the weld zone was only about HV550.
