摘要 针对现有污水处理设备复杂且易受腐蚀、监测系统不完备的现状,研究并建立了基于WIA网络的故障监测系统。通过基于MSP430微控制器的单元信号分析故障节点能力、汇聚层故障特征抽取能力和监控层故障决策能力,进行分层监控与诊断,实现了数据采集与信号处理相结合的分布式状态监测与故障诊断,形成具有初步自我分析诊断能力的WIA网络。应用表明该系统在污水处理过程中对故障的诊断率可达90%以上。 In order to resolve the situation of complicated and corrupt sewage treatment equipment, and imperfect monitoring sys- tem, the fault monitoring system based on WIA network is researched and established. The fault node capacity, fault feature extraction capacity of convergence layer and fault decision-making capability of monitoring layer are analyzed by unit signal which is bases on MSP430 microcontroller. The hierarchy monitoring and diagnosing are executed to realize the distributed condition monitoring and fault diagnosing by data collection combined with signal processing. So the WIA network with elementary auto-analysis and diagnosis is formed. The application results demonstrate that the fault diagnosis ratio can achieve 90% in the sewage treatment process.
