摘要
针对化肥粉末料的特点,提出了一种基于PLC控制器的自动计量混合包装机的控制系统,实现称量、混合、包装以及封口等工作过程的自动控制,具有浪费少、控制方便和动态称量等特点,可用于各种粉末状、颗粒状等肥料称重包装。系统在现场实验和运行中的各项性能指标稳定可靠,计量精度达到了设计的要求,实现了包装机自动控制的目的。
A control system of auto -weighting auto-mixed packaging machine can be based on PLC according to the characteristics of fertilizer powdery .The system can realize automatic control of weighting ,mixing ,packing ,and auto-sealing off function .It has the characteristics of less waste ,convenient control and dynamics weighing function etc .It can be used in fertilizer weighing package of powdery and granular .Various performance indicators are proved to be stable and reliable by field test and run ,and measurement accuracy can meet the ideal requirements ,thus the result of auto-control in packaging machine is realized .
