摘要
对小麦粉中的二氧化钛检测进行了方法确认。采用干灰化法前处理样品,消除了湿法消化及微波消解中高氯酸存在对显色的影响,方法的精密度和准确度均达到很好的效果,结果稳定可靠。
Titanium dioxide detection method in wheat flour was determined. Using pretreatment samples dry ashing method, effect of high ehloric acid in wet digestion and microwave digestion on color was eliminated. Precision and accuracy of method were good, and results were stable and reliable.
