摘要
改革开放以来,伴随着我国社会经济的快速发展和政治生活的不断变化,我国的第三部门不断发展壮大,对于维护社会稳定、推动社会主义精神文明建设和基层民主建设都具有一定的优势。然而,第三部门的发展却遇到了诸多问题,如行政化倾向严重、社会公信力缺乏、法律法规不健全等。推进第三部门发展,必须推动第三部门去行政化改革,树立第三部门的权威,建立健全相关法律法规。
Since the reform and opening, with the rapid development of society and the economy and the political life, the third sector has continuously expanded, which takes advantage of maintaining social stability, promoting socialist cultural and ideological con- struction and the grassroots democracy construction. While many problems arise, administration-rization inclination, lack of social credi- bility, unsound laws and statutes. To push forward the development of the third sector, we should promote the reform of administration- rization, set up authority of third sectors, and establish relevant laws and regulations at the same time.
