摘要
行人专用相位是国内近年来用于解决交叉口行人与机动车冲突的一种控制方法。为评价行人专用相位的适用性,综合考虑行人效益、机动车效益和安全效益三方面因素,分别选取车辆延误、行人延误和潜在事故发生数作为评价指标,采用多指标评价法建立行人专用相位的适用性评价模型,运用VISSIM仿真法进行验证,对比结论基本一致。并根据此评价模型,对设置行人专用相位的影响因素进行定量分析。
Exclusive pedestrian phases are effective measures to eliminate conflicts between pedestrians and motor vehicles at signalized intersections. Taking pedestrian benefit, vehicle benefit and safety benefit into consideration,we have established the adaptable evaluation model for exclusive pedestrian phases and put forward the criterion of setting exclusive pedestrian phase based on the model. The results have significant importance to guide the setting of exclusive pedestrian phases.
