异位促甲状腺激素分泌瘤 被引量：1

摘要 促甲状腺激素（ TSH ）分泌瘤占所有垂体瘤的1％～2％［1］。而异位促甲状腺素分泌瘤（ ectopic TSH-secreting pi-tuitary adenomas，ETPA）更罕见。1996年Cooper 和Wenig［2］报道了首例ETPA以来，至2013年8月仅有5例报道。该病是发生于蝶鞍之外的以分泌TSH为主的异位垂体腺瘤（ ec-topic pituitary adenoma ，EPA）。由于其为发病率极高的甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）罕见的原因，漏诊而延误正确治疗。现对文献报道的5例做一回顾性总结，以提高对该病的认识。
