摘要
文章基于2003—2010年安徽省17个城市有关数据,考虑环境社会支付意愿和能源消费水平的影响,采用数据包络分析法DEA和超效率DEA方法,对安徽省城市发展效率进行了全面评价。研究结果表明:安徽省城市发展状况整体良好,但存在区域差异;考虑能源环境因素后,城市效率提高,其主要得益于规模效率的提高;考虑能源环境因素能够更真实、全面地评价安徽省城市效率。
In this paper ,based on the data of seventeen cities in Anhui Province from 2003 to 2010 , considering the impact of environmental willingness-to-pay（WTP） and energy consumption level ,and using the data envelopment analysis （DEA ） and super-efficiency approach in DEA ,a comprehensive e-valuation of the efficiency of urban development in Anhui Province is made .The results show that the overall urban development status of Anhui Province is good ,but the regional differences still exist . Considering the energy and environmental factors , the urban efficiency is improved , w hich mainly benefits from the improvement of scale efficiency .Taking into consideration the energy and environ-mental factors makes the evaluation of the urban efficiency in Anhui Province more real and more com-prehensive .
