摘要
针对高校教师工资管理问题,结合教师工资管理系统的需求,系统在研究当前国内发展现状的基础上,着重介绍了教师工资管理系统的结构、功能、数据库设计及系统实施过程,改善了现有高校教师工资管理的现状,将管理者从繁琐、低效的工作中解放出来,整体提高了管理效率和对信息的可控性,降低管理成本,提高执行力,使管理趋于完善。
The university teacher’s salary management problems,combined with the teachers＆#39; salary management system requirements,system based on the current status of domestic development,the paper introduces the structure,function,database design and system implementation process of teacher salary management system,improve the present situation of university teacher’s salary management,managers from the tedious,inefficient work of the liberation,improve the overall efficiency of management and information control,reduce management costs,improve execution,so that management tends to improve.
