摘要
采用平行线取样法,调查不同海拔、地势、前作、荫棚材料及荫棚透光率等环境条件下种植三七的发病情况,揭示三七皱缩型病毒病与环境因子关系。结果表明院三七皱缩型病毒病的发生与海拔、地势、前作、荫棚材料及荫棚透光率等环境条件有关,适宜病害发生的环境条件如下院海拔1 410~1 600 m、地势45°以下缓坡地或平地,前作玉米、花生;荫棚材料杉树叶;荫棚透光率11%~20%。根据调查结果,建议三七园选地避免不利环境,改善三七生长环境,使之达到不利于病毒病的发生和发展,有利于三七生长的目的。
This paper revealed the relationship of environmental factor and crinkle virus disease in Panax nogoginseng by incidence investigation. The results showed that the occurrence of crinkle virus disease was intimately associated with elevation,physical feature of a place,previous crop plants,covering material and light transmittance of sunsheher. Those environmental factors led to crinkle virus disease easily, which included elevation of 1 410-1 600 meters,less than 45~ gentle hill and level ground,previous crop corn or peanut and desert weeds, fir leaves and euphotie index 11% 20%. According to characteristics of notoginseng shrivel type virus disease,it was nessery to avoid adverse environment when building garden. Suggestion to control pest ofp. notoginseng that transmit viral disease and promote the use of plastic sun-shade net, ultimately achieve the purpose to control of virus disease and promoting the growth of notoginseng.
