摘要
高校就业服务体系可以帮助求职者了解掌握目前的就业形式和就业状况,分析就业政策法规,认清自身的专业兴趣、个人理想、专业能力及性格特点的系统过程,进而达到求职者与职业之间的高度匹配。文章通过高校就业服务体系特点的分析,论述了我国高校就业服务体系的创新。
Employment service system can help graduates understand the current forms and situation of the employment ,the employment policies and regulations ,and realize their professional interests ,personal ideal ,professional ability and the characteris-tics of themselves .By analyzing the characteristics of the employment service system in some developed area and combining with China’s national conditions ,this thesis will adapt these lessons into the innovation of university our country ’s employment service system .
