摘要
"三农"问题始终是制约经济社会发展的薄弱环节,农民问题更是我国经济社会的根本性问题。通过对"十一五"期间我国"三农"问题财政支出状况进行描述分析,并运用Eviews6.0对我国财政支农支出总量规模及支出结构对农民人均纯收入的影响进行实证分析。结果表明:我国财政支农支出总量对农民人均纯收入有显著地影响,并且财政支农的各项支出均对农民人均纯收入有正效应。建议继续加大财政支农的力度,优化财政支农的结构,全力提高农民人均纯收入。
By describing and analyzing the fiscal expenditure situation of “three agriculture” problem in our country during the “11 th five-year plan” period , and making an empirical analysis about how China＇s fiscal expenditure structure of support agriculture expenditure scale influence the per capita net income of farmers by using Eviews 60.The results showed that the total financial expenditure for supporting agriculture in our country has a significant influence on per capita net income of farmers , and the expenditure of the finance supporting agriculture has a positive effect on per capita net income of farmers .Therefore , we should continue to intensify financial support agriculture , optimize the structure of financial supporting agriculture to increase the per capita net income of farmers .
