先进旋涡燃烧室冷态流动的数值模拟

摘要 为确定先进旋涡燃烧室(AVC)前后钝体的最佳结构参数,对不同钝体结构参数下燃烧室冷态流动进行了数值模拟,结果表明:当B2/B1=0.7,L/B1=0.8时,凹腔内旋涡最为稳定对称,且此时燃烧室总压损失较小。在确定的最佳钝体结构参数下,研究了来流速度对燃烧室流场的影响,结果表明:总压损失系数随着来流速度的增大而增大,总压损失变化幅度远远超过来流速度变化幅度,AVC凹腔作用在高速来流条件下依然适用。 The numerical simulation has been carried out to investigate the effect of the bluff-body with different structural parameters on the cold flow characteristics in advanced vortex comhustor (AVC). The results show that cavity has stable flow characteristics when B2/B1 =0. 7, L/B1 =0. 8, and the total pressure loss is the least. The effect of incoming velocity on flow characteristics was studied with the optimal structural parameters. The results show that the total pressure loss increases with the increase of incoming velocity. The variation amplitude of the total pressure loss is far greater than that of incoming velocity. The cavity of AVC can stabilize the flame under the high incoming velocities.
