摘要
高效的供应链管理能提升企业的竞争力。作为供应链管理的核心组成部分,供应链绩效评价对于供应链的成功运作具有举足轻重的作用。文中首先对SCOR模型进行介绍,进而从实践角度出发,介绍了SCOR模型在供应链绩效评价中的应用。
Effective supply chain management can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. As the core of the supply chain management,supply chain performance evaluation has play a decisive role for the successful operation of the supply chain.This article introduces the SCOR model firstly,then present the application of SCOR model in performance evaluation of supply chain.
