摘要 系统研究了采用不同接枝方法制备的温度响应型智能开关膜的“开/关”长效特性.采用等离子体诱导填孔接枝聚合法和原子转移自由基聚合法,成功制备了具有聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)接枝开关的温度响应型智能开关膜.研究表明,采用不同接枝方法制备的智能开关膜的最佳接枝率范围分别为3.6%~6.9%和10.8%~26.1%,最佳相对温敏开关系数分别为100和80.60余次“高温-低温”循环水通量实验表明,所制备的温度响应型智能开关膜均具良好的可逆性和“开/关”长效性.实验结果为环境刺激响应开关膜的制备和应用提供了重要的参考. The stability and reversibility of thermo-responsive smart gating membranes prepared by different grafting methods are investigated systematically.Thermo-responsive smart gating membranes with poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) grafting gates are successfully prepared by using both plasma-induced pore-filling grafting polymerization and atom transfer radical polymerization.The optimum ranges of grafting yields of these smart gating membranes prepared by different methods are 3.6%~6.9% and 10.8% ~26.1% respectively.The corresponding optimum relative thermo-responsive gating coefficients are 100 and 80,respectively.Both smart gating membranes show satisfactory reversibility and stability during more than 60 runs of high/low-temperature water flux experiments.The experimental results provide important and valuable guidance for preparation and application of environmental stimuli-responsive gating membranes.
