摘要
文章以西安理工大学机械与精密仪器工程学院2004—2008年入学的本科生中被学业预警以及被延迟毕业的学生为研究对象,分析了被学业预警学生的去向、被延迟毕业学生的构成以及学业预警的学期分布情况,结果显示学业预警和延迟毕业之间具有很高的关联度,且学业预警主要出现在第三、第四和第五学期,具有一定的规律性。最后结合西安理工大学的实际情况以及作者的工作实践,从微观层面提出了相应的对策与建议。
The academic early warned and graduation - delayed students enrolled in the School of Mechanical and Precision Instrument Engineering, Xi^n University of Technology from the year 2004 ~ 2008 are regarded as study sample. Then the final destination and term distribution of the academic early warned students, as well as the constitution of the graduation -delayed students are analyzed. The result shows a high degree of association between the academic early warning and delayed graduates, at the same time shows that the academic early warning mainly occurred in the third, the forth and the fifth semesters, so it has a certain regularity. Finally, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the micro perspec-tive combined with the authors'working experiences and the actual conditions of Xi'an University of Technology.
