摘要
物流成本是指产品的空间移动配置或时间占用中所耗费的各种活劳动和物化劳动的货币表现。物流成本的降低将带动城市化、平衡地区差距、促进国际贸易和投资等三个方面提升国家和区域竞争力。中国城市物流成本高企既有技术和管理的原因,更是体制性因素作用的结果。借鉴美、欧、日等发达国家物流产业效率提高的经验,中国亟需加快物流立法、完善物流市场环境、提高物流管理能力和发挥政府作用来控制城市物流成本,充分挖掘经济"第三利润来源",以低物流成本的杠杆效应优化经济结构、改进增长绩效,推动国民经济可持续发展。
Logistics cost descent is to enhance the competition of a region or a nation from three aspects,that is,promoting urbanization,balancing regional gap and promoting international trade.Chinese urban logistics cost being high is not only due to the causes of technology and management,but it's also the consequence of institutional factors.Referring to the experience of lowering logistic cost in such advanced countries as America,European countries,Japan and so on,China is eager to speed up the logistics legislation,improve the logistics market circumstances,optimize logistics management and use the power of government to control urban logistics costs,completely analyze 'the Third Source of Profit',improved economic growth performance,and promote sustainable economic development.
