全身麻醉-不同超声方法引导患者颈内静脉穿刺置管效果的比较 被引量:14

摘要 颈内静脉盲穿过程中常易发生出血、血肿、动脉穿刺、气胸、周围神经损伤等并发症,其中出血和血肿最为常见。近年超声引导技术在临床麻醉中的应用日益广泛,可显著提高穿刺成功机率,减少穿刺相关并发症的发生。而超声引导下颈内静脉穿刺方法目前有两种;短轴(横截面视图)方法和长轴(纵断面视图)方法。
