摘要
为检验机组一次调频功能,对亭子口水电站机组进行了一次调频试验。在确保机组安全稳定运行的情况下,测试并确定一组一次调频运行参数以满足机组一次调频性能要求,确保电网及发电机组安全运行,使并网运行机组随时适应电网负荷和频率的变化,提高电能质量及电网频率的控制水平。
In order to examine the performances of primary frequency regulation of turbine-generator units in Tingzikou Hydropower Station, the primary frequency regulation tests are carried out. Under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of units, a set of primary frequency regulation operating parameters are tested and determined. These parameters can meet the requirements of primary frequency regulation, guarantee the safe operation of power grid and turbine-generator units, ensure unit operation adapting to the changes of power grid in load and frequency at any time, and improve the control on power quality and power grid frequency.
