摘要
大坝横缝渗漏是混凝土坝主要病害之一,而现有横缝止水、排水系统施工工艺存在紫铜止水片和排水槽模板偏心、移位,冲仓水泥浆及其他较大粒径杂物落入排水槽孔内引起堵塞的问题,会造成渗漏隐患。为此,提出将两道止水片之间排水槽模板施工改为拔管施工;将横缝上游侧第一道止水上游0.5 m至第二道止水下游0.5 m,横缝两侧各0.5 m范围混凝土改为二级配自密实混凝土的施工工艺。改进后的施工工艺从长远来看,可节省投资,提高施工效率,可供工程和设计人员参考。
The transverse joint leakage is one of major diseases of concrete dam, and existing construction technologies of water sealing and drainage system of transverse joints easily lead to some problems, such as the deviation and shifting of copper sealing sheet and gutter formwork and the blockage of drainage slots caused by cleaning grout and larger debris. The improvements on construction technologies of water sealing and drainage system are studied, including the gutter formwork is changed to extubation type, and the concrete in a rectangular area with a distance of 0.5 m to two sealing sheets respectively and a distance of 0.5 m to joint respectively is changed into self-compacting concrete. The improvements can save cost and improve construction efficiency.
