摘要
介绍了大规格置换压榨双辊挤浆机应用于规模化生产时的系统配置和投产实践,包括工艺设计、自动化控制、系统运行、生产数据与效益分析。实践表明,双辊挤浆机是高效、节能、环保的生产设备,性价比极高,是现阶段大型高效生产的首选装备,与之配套的完整、合理、先进的系统配置更能突显它的可靠性能和良好效果。
Abstract： The system configuration and operation practice of the large-scale twin roll washing press applying in commercial production were introduced, it included process design, automatic control, system operation and production data and economic benefit. The practice showed that twin roll washing press was an efficient, energy saving, environmentally friendly equipment, its cost performance was very high and it should be the first choice of the large-scale efficient production in the present, its reliable performance and high efficiency were more significant when the completed rational and assorted system configuration was applied.
